Who I am & What I do
I’m a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I’m also a nurse and a Mama of 3 little ones ages 5 and under.
My mission is to normalize a rested Mama…and baby! Sleep deprivation doesn’t have to be a badge of honor, nor should it be… I say this as a Mama myself and as an RN. Sleep is vital for you and your family’s well being!
I help children 0-5 years old with common sleep struggles such as short naps, frequent night wakings, fighting bedtime, early morning rising, inability to fall asleep without feeding/patting/rocking etc… And it doesn’t have to mean “Cry it Out”!
My goal is a happier, healthier family unit and I achieve that goal by helping infants and toddlers get more restorative sleep. I help YOU give your child the lifelong gift of independent sleep. I say lifelong because research shows that children who are independent sleepers become healthier sleepers as adults.
Why Hire Me?
-
More restorative sleep for children supports physical, cognitive, and emotional development. It has benefits for you as well! Better sleep allows you to be a happier, more patient, and present caregiver.
-
Many other sleep support programs are essentially an online course- You have to login, find time to watch or listen to the many hours of content, and then somehow make sense of it all and formulate a plan with it.
The benefit of what I have to offer is that it’s not another course.
-
We work together in real time to dig into your child’s individual sleep struggles and formulate a customized, step-by-step action plan that aligns with your parenting style and child’s temperament. You then implement it with as much or as little support as you feel comfortable with.
-
I take out all of the guesswork for you and leave you with the confidence you need moving forward.
-
Most importantly, I love what I do! I am passionate about helping clients and their families achieve a better quality of life!
